Many dream of becoming a CTO, envisioning a tech wonderland filled with coding brilliance and innovation. Reality check: the role often takes a different shape. Since I was 18, my dream was to become a CTO of a larger engineering team. When I was 21, I already had the chance to lead a dev team at KaufDA/Bonial.
